I am so excited to share Kelsey and Greg’s intimate Montauk wedding at the Montauk Point Lighthouse .
Montauk has always been one of my favorite places so it was a thrill for me to document their wedding at this iconic and historic Long Island landmark.
They invited their family and closest friends to witness their vows in Kelsey’s hometown.
Here are some of my favorites from their special day…
I love this candid of Greg’s Mom taking a photo of her son with her cell phone – her cell phone cover speaks volumes of how important family and taking photos are to her. =)
Here comes the bride in “The Free Ride” – driven by one of its’ company’s founders who happens to be dating one of Greg’s sisters.
(Check them out – link provided if you are ever visiting the Hamptons or Montauk)
It was such a fun and unique touch…not to mention Vitamin Water’s branding/colors coordinated very nicely. 😉
As Kelsey is about to exit the vehicle, Greg can be seen at the bottom of the hill; making his way to the ceremony site in the background to the right.
Greg’s sweet grandparents, who’ve been married for 66 years!
I love his grandmother’s priceless reaction to seeing how stunning Kelsey looked in her beautiful wedding dress.
Kelsey’s affectionate daughter was the ring bearer and her niece Lila was the flowergirl.
They looked adorable in their baby breath flower crowns.
Kelsey and her pretty mother – love their smiles.
Kelsey handing over their rings in their customized ring box as they are about to recite vows to her as well.
I love how Kelsey’s birdcage veil naturally blew over their faces as they grabbed a post ceremony kiss – while a crowd of Montauk Lighthouse visitors/spectators congregated at the top of the hill having just watched their ceremony.
After the ceremony we photographed a bunch of family formal photo configurations .
I generally do not share many formal photos on blog posts but I love the photo above of Greg and his siblings. It is so warm and “informal”… I think their Mom and Dad are going to like it too! 😉
I love to create natural and beautiful bridal portraits. And photographing Kelsey against the beauty of Montauk’s landscape was extra special as she is from Montauk.
I like to change lenses frequently – here is a different composition from the opening photo of Kelsey + Greg & the Montauk Lighthouse cool tower viewer.
And what would a Montauk wedding be without a portrait in front of the Montauk Lighthouse.
After taking some portraits at the Lighthouse post ceremony, we went back to Kelsey’s family’s house and – they were greeted most enthusiastically.
Kelsey’s darling niece looks pretty excited about her gorgeous gown!
Kelsey and her parents did an absolutely amazing job creating the gorgeous colorful flower arrangements that adorned their tables .
White Mexican flags and twinkle lights hung overhead for a most festive joyous atmosphere.
Truly a fabulous DIY work of art!
DeJesus Deli and Taqueria in Southampton did an amazing job catering their backyard celebration.
Greg’s wedding band has their fingerprints engraved on the inside and I just love Kelsey’s unique engagement ring!
Three wonderful generations!
Kelsey and Greg’s precious niece giving a standing ovation to her Uncle’s’ awesome and funny speeches!
So in love with Kelsey’s earrings.
We grabbed a few quick photos in their backyard before I left for the evening as it is such a pretty spot on the South Fork.
Thank you ever so much Kelsey and Greg for allowing me to tell your beautiful Montauk wedding day story.
I am so grateful to have been a part of your day.
Wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness . . . x0x0
Special thanks to Suzie Nicolosi for working with me.
