One of the things that I love most about photographing weddings is that I get the opportunity to meet new people – like Haley and Brian and their warm, sweet and down to earth family.
Haley and Brian originally planned a big wedding with 250+ guests back in their home state of Ohio…but those plans were scrapped because the North Fork was tugging at her heart…
Having spent many childhood summers at her beloved grandfather’s house in Southold she wanted to come back East to the North Fork of Long Island to get married.
Sharing some images from their September 19th wedding.
Haley and her family rented a dome shaped house overlooking this gorgeous view…
Brian’s family also rented a beach front home…This sweet balloon made it easy for me to find it driving on the back roads to where it was located …
Rev. Garry queuing up the ceremony while Brian and his twin brother /best man await the processional march.
Haley peaking through the cracks of the door to see inside the sanctuary before she walks up the aisle.
I’ve always wanted to photograph a wedding at St. Patrick’s Church in Southold against a deep blue sky…
I finally got my wish! Blue sky – puffy clouds…and as an added bonus…a “heavenly” breeze lifted Haley’s gorgeous cathedral veil.
After the ceremony everyone went to the North Fork Table & Inn for a gourmet luncheon.
Haley looking stunning in her beautiful BHLDN wedding gown.
Haley’s kind Dad stood to give the blessing and say grace.
Haley and her grandfather.
After the luncheon everyone went back to the dome house to relax while Haley, Brian and I spent some time taking photos there.
Congratulations Haley and Brian…wishing you ever so much love, happiness and continued laughter as husband and wife.
May you both always follow your hearts…
