Greenport Engagement Session
This Greenport Engagement session took place on a mild December day and a quiet time of year on the North Fork.
Stephanie and Eric had recently become engaged when she contacted me to photograph their engagement session.
Excitedly, Stephanie shared with me her vision for photos at the Greenport Carousel … she in a sequin gown and Eric in a tuxedo.
Greenport was the place that they had taken their first vacation together – holding special memories for them.
I arrived to Greenport a little early and scouted out some other interesting niches.
The session came together beautifully and full of color just as the bride to be requested.
The sequins from Stephanie’s dress created reflective sparkly highlights on their faces …
At first I removed them in Photoshop…then I decided that I think they’re kinda cool. =)
Toasting on the #LIRR14 train.
“Jaws III” Starring Stephanie and Eric …
I found this cool train while scoping out other locations for their shoot. I fell in love with it…this amazing/fun relic was an old snow plow for the Long Island Rail Road.
When Stephanie told me she wanted to do a lipstick stain kiss shot – I knew I found the perfect background for it. I feel like the train has a lot of personality – just like Stephanie.
Thank you ever so much Stephanie & Eric for inviting me to photograph your engagement photos.
Cheers to many more special memories. . .
