Daniela & Justin chose to have their engagement session in the suburbs of New York City at Fort Totten Park in Bayside Queens.
What a fantastic choice! I love photographing in new places and Queens New York brings back a lot of nostalgic memories for me.
Fort Totten Park has the perfect combination of history, architecture, nature and spectacular views of the Throgs Neck Bridge.
And using architecture and nature allows me to use symmetry, space, framing and color as a backdrop to their images.
Daniela & Justin met at a Tom Petty concert at the Beacon Theatre in New York City.
They each had single tickets that were seated next to one another.
How amazing is that?!
I love the beginning of their love story and I feel so grateful to be a part of their wedding this Fall as they bring their story full circle at another theatre – The Suffolk Theatre .
