Fire Island Surprise Wedding Proposal Photographer | Daniel & Katelyn
I am so excited to share this Fire Island Proposal!
Daniel and Katelyn took the Fire Island water taxi from Seaview under the guise of visiting the Fire Island Lighthouse.
I had been in touch with Daniel in the days preceding the marriage proposal to plan out how it would unfold.
As I walked to the dock I saw some deer and took some photos of them.
I then waited for their water taxi to arrive.
They departed the water taxi and walked towards the Lighthouse as I followed them in the distance.
After a selfie in front of the Lighthouse, Dan got down on one knee and Katelyn said, Yes!”
Followed by a champagne toast as they facetimed with each of their Moms (how sweet).
Afterwards, we took some engagement photos around the grounds of the Fire Island Lighthouse and a walk down to the beach.

Bye bye Fire Island Lighthouse – headed back to Seaview to celebrate with family.
