This Long Island engagement session started off at Liz and Ron’s beautiful home so that we could get a portrait with their beloved dog Maximus who was adorned with the cutest bow tie.
With gorgeous Fall weather and sunny skies on our side, we then visited the Planting Fields Arboretum in Oyster Bay for some photos in the Italian Garden section.
Liz was concerned as Ron was not too keen on having his photo taken (this is actually quite common).
I asked her to rate his dislike on a scale of one through ten…she replied, “Eleven!”
Well, the session went better than I could have imagined and Ron did absolutely great.
Thanks for being such a good sport buddy!
Since Liz is a passionate and prolific cook, I decided to use this pepper she was growing on her patio for a fun engagement ring photo.
Liz has an amazing food blog titled, “Food Behaving Badly.”
Liz’s Mom bought her this stunning Indian Lehenga dress which she changed into for a night shot by their pool to cap off the evening.
I am so honored and grateful for my May 2017 “Gatsby’ wedding couple, Laurin & Rick for referring me to this wonderful couple.
And thank you so much Liz and Ron for inviting me into your beautiful home to create engagement portraits for you.
I am looking forward to working together again for your Fall 2018 wedding at Harbor Club at Prime in Huntington.
