Marriage Proposal at the 67 Steps Beach in Greenport
I am so excited to share the photos from this surprise marriage proposal of such a sweet couple at the 67 Steps Beach in Greenport!
Jason wanted to propose to Martha at one of her favorite places on Long Island, the North Fork.
Planning this proposal with Jason was easy and fun.
One of the places I suggested to pick was the 67 Steps Beach in Greenport since they both love nature.
And nature did not disappoint, as extraordinary and dramatic clouds filled the sky.
The weather included: very cold temperatures, 30-40 mph wind gusts and even a snow squall 30 minutes before their arrival.
Despite the frigid weather Jason and Martha made their way down the 67 steps and she said, “YES!”
They smiled and laughed through the biting cold and were game to try anything; even bravely standing on a huge boulder on the beach.
After taking some engagement photos on the shoreline we went to the village of Greenport to finish the session as it was so windy.
It was an absolute joy to work with this warm and down to earth couple.
Sharing some of my favorite photos from their amazing engagement.
Admiring the beautiful and unique engagement ring.
The snow squall accumulation can be seen on the dock floor in Greenport.
Wishing Jason and Martha a lifetime of love and adventure.
Thankful they included me on this one!
