This Sag Harbor marriage proposal was a joy to photograph.
Andres chose Ninevah Beach in Sag Harbor to propose because Brooke grew up visiting her grandparents house on the beach and it has been her favorite place ever since.
When Andres contacted me to photograph his proposal he said he wanted the “raw emotions captured.”
Well, Brooke brought the emotions for me to capture!
It was very rewarding to document all of their connection as well as their priceless reactions and expressions.
On a side note…these reactions and the thrill of surprise would not have existed if we used props & signs.
So glad my clients get that and are not looking to manufacture or mimic their moments from the feed of Tik Tok and Instagram.
